Meet Our Founder
Jenny Myers is a Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of 515 Wellness and Aesthetics. She spent over 20 years working in labor and delivery before transitioning into aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight loss, and IV therapy, and honestly, she loves what she does.
Jenny's approach is simple: listen first, explain everything, and never make you feel rushed. Whether you're dealing with hormones, aging skin, stubborn weight, or you just want to feel more like yourself, she's here to help you figure it out.
She's a Des Moines native, a proud mom to two sons (one in the Marines!), and when she's not at the clinic, she's probably planning her next beach trip.

We're a med spa and wellness clinic. That means aesthetic treatments (Dysport, fillers, facials, microneedling, chemical peels), IV therapy, medical weight loss, hormone replacement, and medical-grade skincare.

For some things, yes. If you've never done injectables before, or if you're interested in hormone therapy or weight loss. For things like IVs or facials, you can usually just book and come in.

It's hormone therapy using bioidentical hormones (same molecular structure as what your body makes). It helps with symptoms like fatigue, low libido, weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings. Basically things that happen when your hormones are out of whack.

With over 20 years of bedside nursing experience, her patients are thrilled with the care, compassion, time, and professionalism that comes with experiencing services at her office.

Jillian brings nearly 5 years of experience in nursing including pre/post-surgery and women’s health. She’s passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She grew up in Altoona and graduated from Mercy College. Jillian is also a new mom and loves being around family and doing outdoor activities.
